"In this section we learn about God's new covenant with Noah and all of humanity," Mama Otter explained. "God made a promise to never again destroy the earth with a flood."
Papa Otter continued, "God also made a special promise to Noah and his descendants. He promised to be with them and bless them, no matter what happens."
Mama Otter said, "God also gave Noah and his descendants permission to eat all kinds of animals, but he also told them not to eat meat with the lifeblood still in it. This was a reminder of the value of all life."
Olivia asked, "What happened after that?"
Papa Otter replied, "Noah and his family continued to live on the earth and have children. They built homes and started new communities. They also honored God's covenant and passed it down to their children."
Mama Otter added, "This story teaches us about God's love and care for all of humanity. It's important to remember God's promises and to always honor them."
Olivia smiled and said, "I will always remember God's promises and honor them, just like Noah and his family did."
Papa and Mama Otter hugged Olivia and told her how proud he was of her for understanding the story and what it means.
