Chapter 6

"This story is about the world in a time called the "days of Noah," Mama Otter explained. "People back then were not following God's ways and were doing many evil things."

Papa Otter continued, "God saw how wicked the world had become and decided to start over with a flood. He chose Noah, a man who was righteous and followed God's ways, to build an ark and gather two of every kind of animal to be saved from the flood."

Olivia listened as her parents explained how Noah obeyed God's command and built the ark, even though the people around him thought he was crazy. She learned about the importance of listening to God's voice and following his commands, no matter what others may think or say.

As the story came to an end, Mama and Papa Otter gave Olivia a big hug and they all snuggled together. "Goodnight, my sweet girl," they said. "Always remember to listen to God's voice and follow his commands, even when it may be different from what others are doing."

Lesson: Genesis chapter 6 reminds us to listen to God's voice and follow his commands, even when it may be different from what others are doing. We should trust in God's plan and always choose to do what is right, even when it may be difficult or unpopular.
